Acceptance of Terms

By registering for flockUp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Service Description

flockUp allows communities to send text blasts and collect event RSVPs via text messaging.

User Responsibilities:

• You may only use flockUp for the purpose of facilitating gatherings.
• You are responsible for any events you organize using our service.

Account Management:

You have the right to create or delete your account at any time.

Text Messaging Consent and Terms

By creating a flockUp account, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from our service. These messages may include:

• Event notifications and updates
• RSVP requests and confirmations
• Community announcements

Message frequency varies based on your community activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

If you are added as a community member by phone number, you will receive an initial message requesting your consent. No further messages will be sent until you opt in by replying "YES". You maintain the right to opt out at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by LokBros Studio, a DBA of Shafnin LLC.

Limitation of Liability

All gatherings organized through flockUp are the responsibility of the users. LokBros Studio does not control or take responsibility for these events.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
